Report back on the August 2005 User Survey of the KnowledgeTree Document Management System

Jam Warehouse recently conducted a survey among 450 users of the KnowledgeTree™ Document Management System. The survey was aimed at establishing current satisfaction with the DMS, and at identifying enhancements for future releases. We also tested support for Baobab, a value added integration server product that is currently in development for the KnowledgeTree Document Management System.

An online questionnaire, comprising mandatory and optional multiple choice and free text questions, was sent to customers who had purchased KnowledgeTree user manuals. This report is based on responses received within one week of posting, comprising 14% of the survey group.
