Do you sell support subscriptions?
Support will be bundled with our certified commercial editions of KnowledgeTree. These will be released during Quarter 2 2006.
Do you provide Free Support?
We don't currently provide free support for KnowledgeTree. KnowledgeTree 3 Commercial Per Incident Support information may be found above.

How do I install KnowledgeTree 3.0?
These instructions cover installing from distribution packages and not using the Windows Installer. The Windows Installer vastly simplifies the installation process for Microsoft Windows system administrators. The Windows Installer is available from the Download Page.
If you are installing from the UNIX/Linux or Windows packages please note the following:
- Ensure that the platform you intend on installing KnowledgeTree 3.0 on meets the minimum platform requirements available here.
- Ensure that you are familiar with the installation instructions provided in the DOCS folder of KnowledgeTree package.

You can report bugs in the open source KnowledgeTree server software by accessing our online ticketing system. The ticketing system will also provide feedback on the status of the issue.
