KnowledgeTree 2.0.6 Released

Version 2.0.6 of KnowledgeTree continues the incremental bug fixes and improvements to the Document Management System. It also introduces a new, easy-to-use, automated upgrade system.

New Features  

• New automated upgrade system (/setup/upgrade.php)

• Documents can be sent via email as attachments

• Documents can be sent to external email addresses

• Document links can be given types ("refers to", "includes")

• Documents can be viewed directly from search results

 

Improvements

• Give accurate upload error messages for bulk uploads

• Show errors when sending email

• Provide appropriate sizes for metadata entry by type

• Distinguish Public Folders with a specific icon

• Only show users to email to if they can be emailed

• Use content type from the document mime type for view/checkout

• Better default settings in environment.php
