KnowledgeTree 3.0 Beta 2 Released

We have had an overwhelming response to our initial KnowledgeTree 3.0 Beta 1 release and have fixed the majority of blocking issues facing many users, in particular those users using Microsoft Windows.

* [KTS-2] - LDAP plugin doesn't correct include
* [KTS-3] - Call-time pass by reference
* [KTS-4] - fatal error
* [KTS-5] - Smarty compile directory doesn't work on Windows
* [KTS-6] - Clicking on "Search" in left-hand search box without entering a value leads to PHP exception
* [KTS-7] - Plugin class assumes Unix paths
* [KTS-8] - Some templates still assume root-directory installation
* [KTS-10] - Can't assign groups to a user
* [KTS-11] - Inherited permissions
* [KTS-13] - Permissions on folders
* [KTS-14] - User Management ->View all users ->Edit and Delete links not visible.
* [KTS-16] - Can not create new users
* [KTS-17] - logos not visible
* [KTS-20] - Login with a new created user not possible/editing of users not possible
