KnowledgeTree opens up a number of opportunities for infrastructure and consulting services companies. We encourage partners to derive revenue from KnowledgeTree implementation services such as:

• product installation and setup;
• bulk document imports;
• configuration of document taxonomies;
• consulting around document management processes;
• training.

What do you get from officially partnering with us?

Companies who offer services around KnowledgeTree and who sign up as KnowledgeTree Partners will receive the following benefits:

• A 15 named user licence for the Baobab Integration Server and Plug-ins. You may use this for internal operational use, to generate your own Baobab training material and to train up on how to implement and manage a Baobab implementation.
• A full set of server documentation.
  
• Placement of a description of your company and its services and your logo on our “Partners” page. We will link through from your listing to your website. Your website which may contain more detail about your offering as well as the KnowledgeTree logo (subject to our trademark usage guidelines).
• We will refer queries from potential clients in your geographical area to you.
  
• We will be provide you with 10 free Priority Email Support incidents per year.

What do we require from you?

• That you submit, within every 12 month cycle of partnership with us, at least one case study of a successful KnowledgeTree implementation. You must have taken an active role in the implementation.
• That you link to our website from your own by following the instructions available here.
  
• That you adhere to our requirements around the protection of the KnowledgeTree trademarks and other intellectual property.
